Managed UniFi Services

Managed UniFi Services for Orange County Businesses

Most businesses don't want to think about their network until it breaks. Managed UniFi services keep your system monitored, updated, backed up, and documented, with a known point of contact when something needs attention.

What's included

Every engagement is scoped to your site, but this is the work typically involved.

  • Ongoing monitoring of gateways, switches, access points, and cameras
  • Planned firmware updates after release review
  • Scheduled configuration backups
  • Up-to-date network documentation and device inventory
  • Remote troubleshooting and configuration changes
  • Coordinated on-site visits when hardware needs attention
  • Periodic health reviews and upgrade recommendations

How we approach it

Updates without surprises

UniFi firmware updates are reviewed before they're applied and scheduled outside business hours, rather than left on automatic.

Problems found early

Monitoring alerts us to offline devices, failing WAN connections, and storage issues so they can be addressed before they disrupt the business.

One point of contact

When something goes wrong, you have someone who already knows your network, its history, and its documentation.

Equipment and scope

Supported UniFi products

UniFi Network, Protect, and Access deployments managed through UniFi OS consoles and UniFi Site Manager.

Third-party equipment

Workstations, printers, software, and non-UniFi network equipment are not included in managed UniFi services.

  • Professional Offices

Managed UniFi Services FAQ

Can I hire someone to manage my UniFi network remotely?

Yes. With secure remote access to your UniFi console, we monitor devices, apply planned firmware updates, back up configurations, and handle changes remotely. On-site visits are scheduled when needed.

Does UniFi require monthly licensing?

Core UniFi Network, Protect, and Access applications don't require per-device monthly licenses. Some optional Ubiquiti cloud or subscription services carry fees, and managed support from a provider is billed separately.

Do you manage networks you didn't install?

Yes. We begin with an onboarding review that documents the current configuration and addresses any issues before ongoing management starts.
